We have an opportunity for a POD administrator to join our team in Runcorn. The successful applicant will collate all the proof of deliveries for the company and scan on to inhouse systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Scanning of all driver POD’s
- Working with the drivers if POD’s are missing
- Support credit control
- Speak to customers and deal with queries
- Work with depot managers to ensure POD’s are delivered to Runcorn on time
- Work closely with sub-contractors to ensure all POD’s are returned
- Send weekly reports to management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a POD environment
- Ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels of the organisation (essential) with excellent telephone manner
- IT: Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and Outlook
- To be personable yet articulate
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Hours
- Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary
- £20k
