We have an opportunity for a POD administrator to join our team in Runcorn. The successful applicant will collate all the proof of deliveries for the company and scan on to inhouse systems. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Scanning of all driver POD’s 
  • Working with the drivers if POD’s are missing 
  • Support credit control 
  • Speak to customers and deal with queries 
  • Work with depot managers to ensure POD’s are delivered to Runcorn on time
  • Work closely with sub-contractors to ensure all POD’s are returned
  • Send weekly reports to management 
     

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a POD environment
  • Ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels of the organisation (essential) with excellent telephone manner
  • IT: Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and Outlook
  • To be personable yet articulate
  • Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

Hours

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Salary

  • £20k
