We are looking for a Fleet Adminstrator to jpoin our team in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle records, ensuring that the fleet is compliant with regulations whilst demonstrating value for money.
- Organise/booking repairs, MOT’s, Servicing requirements
- Dealing with vehicle breakdowns and defects
- Control maintenance schedules to ensure that the optimum number of vehicles are always working to meet the business needs.
- Budget management of fleet repairs, on costs and administrative costs
- Maintain and develop policies and processes to ensure fleet operates effectively and efficiently.
- Adhere to Fleet KPI’s as set by manager
- Recharging customers for vehicle damage and other fleet related fees.
- Issuing of order numbers
- Working as part of a team, attending team meetings, and contributing where appropriate.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager
- Escalating Vehicle accidents to the relevant people
- Organisation of all vehicle documentation
- Arrange all ancillary equipment repairs and maintenance
- Organise vehicle Tax
- Control supplier accounts
- Control and maintain the fleet management system
Requirements –
- Previous experience advantage but not essential
- Ability to work Pro-active approach to resolving problems and calm attitude
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Willing participation in the work of the team, providing additional assistance to colleagues when resources are stretched.
- An ability to manage your own workload
- Be PC literate having a good knowledge of Word and preferably Excel
