At WS Transportation we have an exciting opportunity for Asset Administrator to join our evergrowing team in Appleton. 

 

Job Purpose - 

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Asset Management team of the WS Group, to ensure the smooth integration of new assets into the various fleets and the effective decommissioning of vehicles for sale.

The Asset Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring all assets are registered on all relevant accounts and systems and communicating key details with relevant business units. 

Key Accountabilities - 

  • Managing administration of vehicle tracking system Verilocation (adding and removing trackers/cameras)
  • Liaising with Verilocation to deal with any queries/ camera issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems; including both physical paperwork and databases/ spreadsheets.
  • Managing all new vehicle correspondence and paperwork (such as V5s), scanning, updating records and keeping an accurate log.
  • Liaise with suppliers for the hire and de-hire of vans and cars 
  • Maintaining a database of all hire vehicles on the fleet and proactively engaging with the operations team to manage returns.
  • Control vehicle accounts including the adding and removal of new assets to toll/ bridge tag accounts etc
  • Administrating general fleet activities (company vehicles, hire vehicles, fuel cards, compliance)
  • Supporting the collation and distribution of reports required by the Asset Manager
  • Supporting with any other reasonable task required by the business
  • Adhere to policies and processes to assets are handed to the relevant business units smoothly and effectively.

Shift pattern - Monday - Friday - 8:30 - 5 pm
